Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Flourishing Families goal is to provide quality health care in a timely manner. As such a strict 24 hour cancellation policy exists for individual consultations whether these are scheduled to be held face-to-face in clinic at 86a Princes Highway FAIRY MEADOW or online via the zoom meeting room.  This is to ensure I can provide a high level of care to all clients.  However, I do understand that sometimes unexpected events can arise, please notify me if you are unable to attend your appointment at least 24 hours  prior to your scheduled time, so I can reschedule your appointment and offer your time slot to clients awaiting appointments. Should an emergency arise, please contact me as soon as possible.

Rescheduling the appointment within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments with no notification, will incur the full consultation fee.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds for online consultations will  only be provided if an appropriate consultation time can not be obtained via either the online booking facility or by contacting me directly via email, phone or facebook messenger, or when notice is given prior to 24 hours of the booked consultation time and an appropriate rescheduled time can not be made.

No Refunds will be given for change of mind or unmet expectations for any products or services.  Please choose your pre-packaged meal plans carefully as no refunds will be given.  Individualised meal planning has a 24 hour cooling off period, should you receive the meal planning data collection form and choose not to continue with the service, please email [email protected] and a refund will be given.  After 24 hours no refunds will be given on individualised meal planning either.
